Darcie Kent Estate Winery is a vibrant place to spend your summer—or begin a career. We offer hands-on training in wine service, hospitality, and customer engagement, and many of our team members have gone on to rewarding full-time roles in winemaking, sales, and the broader wine industry.

We’re currently hiring for the following roles:

Tasting Room Associates

Associates guide guests through curated wine tastings, share insights about our wines and winery, and help introduce our wine club. You’ll manage tastings for up to four tables at a time and ensure all service meets local health and safety guidelines. Must be 21+ and able to lift 50 lbs. comfortably.

Runners

Runners assist with fulfilling and delivering guest orders—whether to their table or curbside. You’ll work closely with our team to prepare packages and deliver them with care and efficiency. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. comfortably.
